Basic Rights Oregon will host its second annual Trans Justice Summit this month in collaboration with Portland State University’s Queer Resource Center. The Oct. 20-21 summit will feature keynote speaker Kylar Broadus, founder of the Trans People of Color Coalition and the first out trans person to testify before the U.S. Senate, as well as two days of workshops for trans and genderqueer folks and their allies.
The deadline to register for the summit is
Oct. 5 (aka Friday) Oct. 12, so don’t delay in doing so here.
